App is built using JQuery Mobile and interacts with PHP code and MySQL database on server via AJAX calls. App has been compiled using Adobe Phonegap and works on Android, Windows and Apple devices. App was built with PayPal payment gateway but was never submitted to the app stores. We need to change the PayPal gateway to use in-app purchases for Google, Windows and Apple and for the app to be submitted to app stores. Ideally we would like project completed in 7 days and are not looking to spend more than $350. Please see attached document for more details.
