As above. I initially attempted this back in 2007 (in MS word!)but had to shelve it due to not getting the required expertise in and other life projects taking priority. App development platforms and cloud storage have come on in leaps and bounds since then and I'd like a solution that harnesses these new deployable solutions. I want a similar functioning app to the one mentioned above but of course using all of my own documents, forms and safety advice. I'd like a clean, cross platform solution. Security and Scalability is important. Industry standard user account management must be included as is cloud storage of video, images, audio and document information. Previous work in this area preferred but not essential
