cash receipt software for gymnasium (health club)members

we want a simple cash receipt software for [login to view URL] have only two classes of members. one is gymnasium members and other is complete fitness called cardio fitness with gymnasium members. we have 3 types of membership for both members and it is monthly,quaterly and yearly. sometimes we do give our members some promotional schemes too for all types of membership. we want cash receipt in half of a-4 size [login to view URL] member give us part payment too so we need a balance amount section too in cash [login to view URL] accept cash/cheque/credit card also. we want a software in which if we enter type of membership/type of members than automatically price should reflect so that we can save time of typing all [login to view URL] from it if it is possible we also want that if we start entering name than automaticaly name suggestion should be given by software from our data [login to view URL] mobile nos can also be taken from data base for receipt. we dont want keep long time data in our computer instead we want that every month we should take print of all details n delete the receipts from computer. in case there is a power cut we have to provide a manual receipt so please give some option of lateron printing of receipt in lieu of manual receipt.
