Dear Client, I am offering the following scope of work and fee proposal which outlines the structural design of roof slab. My services will include the structural analysis and design of roof slab based on provided drawing. Scope of Structural Design: 1. This proposal is based on drawing ROOF BEAM & SLAB DETAILS (PLOT#10C). 2. General review of architectural drawing(s) to identify the impact on structural design. 3. Determine structural provisions of applicable building codes and design criteria to perform the design. 4. Structural thickness of slab and design reinforcement (in tabular form) will be provided as a final deliverable. 5. Finite element computer model will also be provided for future reference. In order to facilitate design service, I may require the following information which can be provided by others, if needed: - Special live loads in excess of building code requirements - Any supplementary design information that may be needed later Structural Fee Data: My compensation for providing the structural analysis and design for the roof slab, in accordance with scope of work as defined above, will be a fee of INR 10000 exclusive of freelancer.com charges.
