Website Design for Real Estate Agency

Need to design and build website for my client, a real estate agency. Site should be modeled after the following website, with some differences in various links and features. [login to view URL] Refer to the attached Design Brief. Output must be Photoshop PSD files for pages - both home page and inside pages. We require the following: 1) Unlimited graphic design until customer is satisfied 2) You may put "sample" watermark on designs but DO NOT place your logos or company name on the design. 3) Full money back guarantee if client does not accept the home page design. Once home page is agreed by our client then you will build all the inside pages 4) Payment will be released only after delivery of PSD files for design accepted by our client We are a great buyer, so doing good work will land you more projects.
