We have data in Salesforce Sales Cloud where we have the offline conversions, and then we have already built out code that is not working right now on a Google Cloud server. We have a Github repository with the code breakdown. This code looks for the offline conversions in Salesforce (GCLID/Conversion Name/Conversion Date&Time) then uploads offline conversions to Google Ads each day via the Google Ads API. The code is not working, and it may be because Google Ads API was recently updated, and we may need to update the API. I'd like to review and update this today.

We also reached out to salesforce support team, and they said that I need to download data using reports and the upload (very confusing!!) I found a way to change the accounts to my name but was limited by the data loader. – Now we have managed to “de-activate” this user, but now the issue which we are facing is related to the export feature of salesforce.
