I am designing a ball passing stand with a hole in it called the “Passing Pro”. What I need is a plastic hollow drum/container which is capable of holding sand or water. This will counter balance the “Passing Pro” when a ball hits the face of it and will prevent it from falling over (Similar to what is often featured in the home basketball hoops). In order to have the counter weight made I need a CAD of it so it can be made. I am only able to draw it up by hand and provide measurements as computer software exceeds my scope of practice.
