I have a recently updated site that I would like to add a page to for online shopping. I am looking to use either BigCommerce or WooCommerce. I just updated my site to have a dedicated IP and positive SSL. I'm entertaining proposals from people with experience with both platforms who can adequately explain the benefit of one platform over another. Whatever platform used must integrate with a 3rd party payment processor, WP and Instagram. We use Facebook ads to drive sales. Our Facebook pixel was installed on BigCommerce incorrectly. Before, ViewContent and Add to Cart was showing errors. I was able to get ViewContent fixed but am unable to fix the Add to Cart. It also seems to be showing us additional purchases that didn't actually happen. We need someone that can completely fix our Pixel. The current error is in regards to Product ID's, where the Pixel is not recognizing the ID and thus not registering the product that's been added to cart.
