I want to create geoprocessing tool for the web map. This web map is built using Geoserver and the data is coming from MSSQL,. There are two main layers Parcels (polygon) and Road (polygon). The geoprocessing tool needs to create a buffer at specified distance for Road and also identify all the Parcels that the Road is crossing (intersects). The Tool should be able to calculate the percentage of area of each parcel that the buffered Road is intersecting.
