I am having a frustrating issue with my WHMCS setup, which is situated on a cPanel platform, with a WordPress front end. Whenever an attempt is made to login, whether by my users or myself, the entire site freezes. The problem is inconsistent and could potentially be linked to php sessions, but I'm unsure. More concerning, the issue seems to occur at unpredictable times. There's no way to anticipate when it might happen which makes managing my users' experience extremely difficult.
