I need a C# application using Microsoft Visual Studio. The application needs to use TCP/IP communications. The application needs to monitor a folder and read any text file or bitmap image ".bmp" file that comes into that folder, open and read the text or bitmap and then send that to another application via TCP/IP. There needs to be another application that receives the text or bitmap and then writes a new file with the received data into a different folder. I don't care about the interface, it can be very simple. I do need the full applications with source code so that I can modify where necessary.
