Our client, a wine farm in the Western Cape, South Africa, is building a wine club on a WordPress site using WooCommerce Subscriptions. We need a developer to make changes to the Subscriptions plugin, set up bulk customer upload (with an integration with payments system) and do basic CSS styling. Delivery date: 25 November Technical requirements Bulk upload new wine club members: When people sign up to the wine club at events, we want to capture their info on a spreadsheet and import into WordPress. We also want to import the user’s credit card token and other credit card info (manually created in advance on Peach Payments’ UI). The Peach Payments team is based in Woodstock Exchange, and they’re very keen to help us find a solution to this. It looks like this plugin can do the job. Info to upload include the following: - Name - Surname - Email adress - Mobile - Home phone - Date of birth - Shipping address - Billing address - Wine club subscription option - Credit card token - Credit card info (name on card, last 4 numbers on card) Add navigation for wine club: Come up with a solution to help people navigate through the wine club pages, without affecting the site’s existing navigation. WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin changes: We want to make changes to how the Subscriptions plugin works: - Put all subscribers on exactly the same subscriptions cycle. In other words, no matter when someone subscribes, they will receive their wine order on exactly the same date as everyone else, once every 4 months. See some preliminary, untested code here: [login to view URL] - Give users the option to receive an advance order. For example, if someone subscribes just a few days after the last shipment of wine, they should have the option to receive a subscription immediately. - Set up Peach Payments as the only payment option (or recommended payment option) for subscriptions. CSS styling: We’re using the Divi Site Builder to build pages. We may need some support to get the styling of certain elements right.
