Wordpress child theme creation using theme X

We have just launched our new site design on Theme co theme X it updated the day after, revolution slider stopped working and theme co have said we need to update , however we have made changes to the theme and so need a child theme creating and installing prior to update. From the members section see the attached notepad doc Ideally you will have worked on theme X before as we will have more requirements moving forward and it would be good to find a freelancer that can continue working with.
