Live Video Production Switching Software

I want someone who has already created a live video production switching software program to modify it so that my custom virtual studio will work inside of it -- displaying the background and foreground graphics with live camera layers sandwiched in between and allowing overlay layers on top and external desktops captured and displayed underneath on bottom layers showing thru the alpha screen holes in the background virtual studio graphic. Your program needs to allow the master shot to be duplicated and then all layers zoomed at the same time to create several different sizes, pans and tilts in such a way that the framing of all of the layers in each shot stay in sync and remain proportionally sized in the proper dimension and ratio. I am only interested in an existing project that does this already that you can modify to insert my custom virtual studio background and foreground graphics and then set up the overlay and underlay layers as described above. I may ask for some future modifications in additional new projects on this so you need to be the person who has directly created this program and can do additional future project work on it. Your program needs to do a superb job on zooming between shots (see sample videos attached).
