I want an online platform developed in ASP DOTNET Core (C# & Razor Syntax), that has an api capability to allow different stores to register online and make an EFT payment for the account after which an Administrator will approve the account. Once the account is activated the store administrator should be able to readily and easily create/update/delete various products. These products should then be available to the public at large who should then be able to register as a normal user and create a Shopping Cart based on all the different stores and the products they are advertising online. Once the cart is complete the application should then display the total amount due, after which the user should be able to process a EFT containing the Order #. After completing the EFT the USER should then be able to process the payment online by submitting the Proof of Payment. The application should then be able to output a list of item that was ordered by the user and from which stores they were ordered.
