Cancer Survivor Website - Simple Website with few pages

We need a website for one cancer survivor at [login to view URL] , we have already installed wordpress on the site , this will reduce a lot of work. This site will largely be about this person's fight against cancer. We need someone to help us with a) Applying a suitable template that suits the site. We need a customised template , this can be from an existing template without violating copyright issues. b) Configuring the site with suitable post and pages, categories, social media plugins, ability for people to comment on posts and write their story too. c) We want people to write their stories too on this website. Please provide references or links to these in action , even screenshots will do. c) Site should enable our client to - put daily posts and blogs - integrate the tweets on the site - Interact with other peopl on the site - Have a LETS JOIN HANDS button on the homepage with a count of people who support cancer survivors. (plugin?) - Other people should be able to comment ( SPam filtered) - if needed , other people can SIGN UP and start their own blog on the website with our own theme.
