Full recipe/cooking site

We have a new project to propose for freelancer. We want you make a full site (logo, design and website) in the recipe/cooking site. Before to present requirement : - this site must be in french. If you can't work in french, you must work with only one PO/MO file for easy translate and use english in it. - We want a serious design with eyes catching etc... in the web 2.0 style. If you have no skill in webdesign, this work is not for you. The design will have a beautiful flash banner. - We don't want to wait more 3 week for the full job - We can do a full milestone for that but we don't liberate any money before the end of the work. - If you use a CMS, we want to know before what CMS you will use - We don't want a joomla site If you are ok with that you can bid. Next, the project : Project is to do a website which present some recipe and cooking lessons. Nothing particular, there is many site like that. - this site must have a main site which present all recipe/cokking lesson + one forum (phpbb) + one blog (wordpress only) with an unique design and a unique registration form for all the network. Site will be on main domain and forum and blog on subdomain. Blog and forum will be integrate in the main site with last blog post and last forum post. - User can register and add some recipes in categorie (fish, meat, main dish...) and we must be able to add categorie and sub categorie - the design must be very élégant, we want a very hight quality design. There is many other feature for this site and i will give them to serious people in private message.
