We need our basic e-commerce module to be improved

We have a website that has been custom written in PHP. It has a basic e-commerce module written to do online sales (via PayPal). We need it to be updated to give our customers a better shopping experience. Here is a list of changes that needs to be done: E-commerce re-design (Front-end): 1. HTML5 compliant 2. Allow items to be displayed and listed in a modern professional layout. Maybe a paragraph of text explaining that all e-commerce sales help support the Gary Con convention. 3. Allow options to be selected with the items (i.e. color, size, signed, etc. ) and there could be a cost increase. Example a 4XL shirt might cost $5 more. 4. Multiple photos 5. Allow Free Shipping on USA orders above $35. 6. Add orders to the customer’s account- so they can log in to see what they purchased. And, to show tracking number added to the order (when it has been shipped) 7. Add Social Media interaction to the product page. Example Facebook “Like” or Tweet about the item. 8. Email all customers their completed transaction- including what was ordered. E-commerce re-design (Back-end): 1. HTML5 compliant 2. Allow items to be displayed and listed in a modern professional layout 3. Items should have title, price, cost, options (color, size, etc), inventory count, description, images, etc. 4. Stock levels need to be reflected- so when it reachs “0” the item is shown, but marked as “Out of Stock” and can’t be ordered. 5. Sales report by month/year of what has sold. [login to view URL] report of all in-stock items by actual cost and potential retail sale 7. Zero everyone’s system credit total (in the database) to “0” 8. Fix the spelling in the urls for “Souvenir” 9. When orders are placed- USPS be used to determine shipping costs for US & International Orders 10. Ability to add tracking number to order once the package ships out- and to email client with updated info 11. Ability to cancel or refund orders- and to show that in the monthly/yearly reports We are looking to work with a person (or a Team) long-term to take care of our website for years to come.
