BRIEF:
I need a copy (PDF format) of a book which is published in India, Pakistan, and other Asian countries.
BOOK:
This is the book (note it's the second edition - 2nd, not 1st):

REQUIREMENT:
- It is NOT like the Kindle version.
- It is NOT the 1st edition, it is the 2nd edition.
[Just to be clear look at the files:
- YES: "9781138791879_PSF-first proof-ce (Snelgrove interview).pdf"
- NO: "Pricing and the sales force Interview [login to view URL]" = pdf copy of kindle
They have many differences, like the very last page 'references' where the correct version has more data].
WHERE:
It can be found on:
1- EBL =e book library;
2- some local libraries give the electronic version to members of the library;
3- (this option is terrible as it requires lots of work but it's still ok for me) scanning PAGE BY PAGE and converting to pdf.
PAYMENT:
I will pay the person who finds it, I will not (repeat: I will not) pay in advance on the promise to find it.
