Seeking full time or part time SEO EXPERT!

We are currently seeking another member to bring on our team who specializes in Search Engine Optimization (SEO)including keyword research, link building and reporting. FULL TIME OR PART TIME TO FIT YOUR SCHEDULE! Previous agency marketing experience is a big plus! This person must eat sleep and dream seo! We work with some of the biggest names out there and we need to have only top notch seo people! This person will have extremely strategic views on seo and understand the latest and greatest tricks and tips to be ranked! We are looking for people who have a proven record in seo, we need your advise, you must know what each of the search engines look for, why something isn't ranking proper, and how to get it ranked. YOU MUST MUST MUST PROVIDE SAMPLES OF YOUR SEO RANKINGS!! And you must have experience using SEO Reporting tools and/or have your own tools, we do use internal tools if needed. Secondly this position must understand link building and link popularity and everything else off the site and what search engines look for. Lastly what we need is an expert who can make google spider a URL with a Paremeter and a value, NOT JUST our plain website url.. it would be [login to view URL] notice the ?sf=thisvaluehere that is what we are really looking for to solve this issue.. this url has been indexed before with the parameter but then went back to standard normal url which does not help us as much. This person would mostly handle strategic seo! We have our own data entry and link builders but seeking a talented person to lead the way for them and has a good understanding. Plenty of work will be provided if you can deliver on what you say and will consider bring you on board full time. But first lets start small and lets talk what needs to be done.
