Need roulette function in VB.NET based on Fitness proportionate selection

Hello coders, I am working on a roulette simulation for a client and i am stuck by creating random numbers that follow roulette paterns. What i have used is this code in the software: Randomize() [login to view URL] = Int((36 * Rnd())) + 1 What this does is randomly creating numbers for roulette ... however in the real life the mathematics are not real and off. It means 0 falls a lot of times and numbers are really random. I need someone to write a function that really simulates the European roulette wheel with the real math and physics on what numbers could actually fall and not just randomly picks without math. Make sure its VB.NET code and not other language. I only need function so GUi and design is not needed. Only working function that i can copy and paste in my existing project.
