Music Video Premiere Pro project (about 100 hours initially)

IMPORTANT: You must be able to start immediately and begin work on Monday 10am UK time. For the first 2 days we will work together explaining the exact process I require. After that you time is more flexible. We are a UK based company launching a new music video kids party product. A group of children mime a pop song with props in front of a green screen and then it is made into a music video. An example of a finished song is [login to view URL] We need the design prepared for another 10-40 songs. Your skills will include: 1) knowledge of Adobe Premiere pro 2) creative mind 3) reasonable level of english Also you will need 4) A good inetrnet connection 5) Ability to start immediately 6) Willing to work closely with myself (through teamviewer or skype Freelancers from Philippines around Metro Manila are especially encouraged to apply. 150 hours of work initially and are willing to pay around $3-$6 depending on experience. A rough outline of your job will be to: 1) Download from youtube eg with Jdownloader 2) Cut scenes in Premiere Pro at every scene change 3) Are there enough scene changes - add more (around 200 is ideal) 4) Create excel with number of scene changes 5) Number cut clips in premiere pro 6) In excel add lyrics alongside each clip 7) Create a video plan using our selection of possible props and backgrounds. 8) Save audio tracks for video session (we use Reaper) 9) Use our Dummy premiere pro file to prepare video file for shot clips 10) Add green screen to all video tracks I have prepared several video files which include training for the specific aspects of the work.
