Design project -- 2

I need a 3D model of something. I need a 3d model of a archive building that is based on steel modular frames. The building design should be self sufficient and should not require to connect to the grid. That includes power generation, using sunlight and proper air circulation for heation and cooling of the building. The building should be liveable in temprature range from -40 degree centigrade to +40 degree temprature range. Thebuilding requires a safe storage for archival items which includes manuscripts, audio video tapes and other media formats. There needs to be a digitizing room for scanning and otger equipment. There should be a open space with book shelves with books on them and in between the shelves there should be spaces for people to sit and read books. There should also be a cafe attached to the library area. The building should also have a theatre room for movie showing with a seating capacity of atleast 100 people. The building should also have meeting rooms. Washroom facilities. The building structure should be built using steel frames of size 14 feet wide, 10 feet high and 40 to 60 feet long. And then use those frames to put together the whole building, the reason for that is so that in case the building needs to be moved to a diffetnt location so tgen it can be un assembeled and then transported using trucks. The design should be modern and prefered to have a flat roof. The building can be a two story building, so the frames needs to be strong enough to be able to hold the second floor on top of it.
