Hi, oh this is great example of 2.5 D animation. We have produced couple of videos exactly as you require. One was for Photographer, to take their pictures of wedding photography (he was really great) and create slow motion feel that the picture are alive.. Another is for my favorite client Nik Halik who is civilian astronaut, multimillionier and thirll seeker. It's called Nik Halik 2.5D animation, it features the full video with images coming alive. IN the job post it wasn't clear what type of images you want to animate, would be great to see those and on the dificulty and number of them we could give a precice pricing for that. This would determine the length of the video too.
