need a short 14 second video. I will attach a very bad sample I put together to get an idea of what i want done. *I want the breaking news image at the beginning clear on the beginning of the video *then slightly fading into the background of the playground and children playing in the background in slow motion *music starting to play as fading into playground video starts (only first 14 seconds of music to play as to not make video any longer) *scroll text on screen with a more legible font/color (this will be for a facebook/instagram video so need font legible and big enough, clear to read as text scrolls slowly *finally the text at the end can fade into the image (also better outline/font/color) to be legible in video, all fading into the playground background video (needs to be under 15 seconds to comply with a short video ad on fb/instagram and possibly other platforms- no exception on 14 seconds.
