LOOKING FOR KOREAN PATENT/TECHNICAL PROOFREADER

A professional translations company is seeking Korean - English proofreader needed to translate a patent application and technical documents/papers. Experience with patents translation is preferred at the moment but not exclusive, however, chemistry knowledge (especially plastics composition) is a must. Patent translations need to be very accurate and the proofreader must take care that the translation is 100% accurate compared to the original document to provide the exact meaning from English to Korean. The selected proofreader will be required to sign a simple non-disclosure/confidentiality agreement as you will be working with confidential documents. We have a patent that will need to be spot checked -check a few paragraphs from the whole translation in order to give us feedback on translation quality-. We are looking for candidates that have an interest in helping out for the long-term as we want to keep the same proofreader on these matters over the next couple of years (if not longer). *****When you apply, please make it clear what your rates are*****
