Hi, I'm placing the bid on an hourly rate, as required by the project description. However, I can revise my bid after seeing a sample of the document. For a document with a set number of words, it would probably be easier for your budgeting and timeline requirements to go with a quote based on a word count. I usually charge between $0.20-0.50 per word, depending on the nature of the document, with general articles coming in at the lower end and technical documents at the higher end. Timeline also makes a difference as I can do a rush job within 12 or 24 hours or standard costing with a lead time of several days.
