As a Freelance Community Supporter, you will be working from home to support our growing online community in your language. You will form a vital part of our community team and provide excellent customer service to our members through a variety of channels. You... - know how to listen and respond to queries in a helpful and professional manner - have excellent written communication skills - understand and value good customer service including ‘going the extra mile’ - are fluent in English - may have experience of working within customer service - are smart, resourceful and learn fast - have a passion for trading - enjoy being part of a team, whilst also having the ability to perform under your own drive and ambition Your tasks - Resolve incoming queries from members through our email system; ensuring each member receives a timely and high quality response. - Proactively deal with queries and questions to the company posted in our forum and throughout our website and social media by our members. - Moderate our forums and comments to news. - Recruit, guide and supervise moderators and support them in their job. - Be a source of knowledge regarding our latest promotions, news and content and proactively inform the community. Depending on additional skill sets: If you are an experienced and successful trader, you also become involved with entry-level live webinars and proactive trading forum services for trading beginners. If you have great foreign language and writing skills, you check the quality of translations and write community news for our members.
