The aim is to always design the space while keeping in mind that future growth could mean franchising. Each concept can be adapted to different space as needed. I use Sketchup make which is a free 3D program which you will be able to download. This will allow you to use the information when you'd like to implement the design. I also create presentation boards showing all the elements of the space including images of the space - which come from the 3D model I created. I do the photo rendering within Sketchup.
