Technical writer will be involved in creating manuals for two products of a renounced IT company. In the second phase of this project there will be more opportunities to create technical manuals. The appointed person will also be involved in client interactions as well as technical training roll-out. Essential Skills required as a technical writer are as follows :- • Proven experience as technical writer. • Ability to review software and hardware systems and conduct detailed need analysis. • Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects • Experience in designing technical course content • Ability to address training needs with complete courses • Working knowledge in MS Office (especially PowerPoint) • Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities • Degree in a relevant technical field • Certification such as CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer) is a strong asset
