I would like to hire a Database Development Expert

I am after an Access based solution to tracking work in my computer repair business. I need to be able to fill in a form at the reception desk which will capture the necessary information and save it to a central database. A receipt with details and conditions must then be printed. Within the workshop I need to update each 'job' with progress and append notes to each job. The database needs to accessed by any of 4 networked PCs. (I have the licenses for Access) The database should be easily updated with manufacturer's names & models, types of repair, operating systems, passwords etc. as well as being able to produce lists of outstanding jobs, current progress etc. It must also capture customer details, fault details, serial numbers etc. When a job is complete a summary of work undertaken should be printed off. The attached image shows the current paper-based form used for starting a job and gives an idea of the information that needs to be captured. Obviously much of the data is ideal for Access as it is possible to use drop-down selections from tables (Make: HP/ Lenovo/ Sony etc) No 'off the shelf' solution seems to meet my criteria/ needs.
