Download a dynamic map for me

I need someone smart to download this dynamic map for me [login to view URL] Whenever I try to download it, it doesn't download the zoomed in versions. I want to download it because the government website crashes all the time and it disappears for weeks or months. So I am thinking of having my own offline version of the same.
