Hello! I'm looking for something in Python other languages would work too. I have four .csv files. File one has 28 observations and 8 variables v1-v8 File two has 280 observations and 8 variables v9-v16 File three has 1,120 observations and 8 variables v17-v24 File four has 840 observations and 8 variables v25-v32 What I'm looking for is a .csv file with 7,375,872,000 observations and 32 variables v1-32. Each of the observations will consist of every pairwise combination of the observations from files one-four (7,375,872,000 = 28*280*1120*840). I'm going to give the job to the person who can get the job done quickest. Please let me know if you can help. Thanks!!
