Schedule backup for c# sql local db project

In our c# application we can back up manually by button click. Now we need to add schedule backup option, it should backup as per user schedule like every week and need to delete old backup file. We dont want .exe file to be triggered in Windows task scheduler. Our application database is sql server express local db 2014
