Python Developer for peer-to-peer Project Ranking App

DEADLINE: 1 DAY (URGENT) for a hackathon I want a developer to build a simple p2p network to rank projects in python such that: 1. Each judge (peer on the network) maintains a local copy of rankings of projects (.txt files) 2. Each judge is able to find neighboring peers, broadcast their rankings 3. Each judge accepts incoming rankings that are in least conflict with his own local ranking You could use web development apis like gunicorn/flask or use JSON RPC. Each peer could be represented as port on the local IP.
