Hi, As per my understanding, it shall start with order management then POS shall do the billing to update the items present in inventory simultaneously. Since, you have kept Debtors and Creditors, so I believe you need A/C receivables, payables, GL as main modules for the accounting + Sundry creditors and debtors. Also, sales report is to be taken out separately for whole sale and retail. Our experience: We made POS for restaurant management and ordering, so billing and auto-inventory and stock updates with reports can be demonstrated while our discussion.
