Path Finding Algorithm for Fiber Deployment

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed . I am currently involved in a project of a telco company that wanted to do Fiber Optic deployment / FTTH (fiber-to-the-home).We want to estimate the cost for building the fiber (of course based on the KM or length of the fiber cable passing certain areas). We have a 3D map of building topograhy in Indonesia (type of building, height, etc.).1. We want someone with the Path Finding Algorithm or A* Algorithm skills to work on the 3D map and help us defining the path of fiber cable, so we can estimate the cost of building the fiber.2. It is better if someone that has worked on fiber deployment before.
