to create a trivial c/c++ java launcher

Develop a trivial java jar launcher with these specifications: - jar file located in the same folder than .exe launcher than the [login to view URL] file (attached) - .exe with custom icon (in code resources) - the launcher must extract [login to view URL] access path from attached json settings file if any (attribute: [login to view URL] in json) - the launcher must extract [login to view URL] arguments from attached json settings file if any (attribute: java.jvmargs..value in json). Hint: parsing the json file is not required, just extract jrepath value and [login to view URL] in json file - the launcher must check the [login to view URL] is revision 8, if not try to find the most recent installed jre 8 installed on the computer, if not found display an error message with a clickable url link to download jre - check the launcher is started with administrator rights as further developments will require registry access + [login to view URL] file changes important: there are plenty of open source java launchers. We need here a trivial basic launcher with above described features only. environment: eclipse/cdt/mylyn (prefered) os: windows 10 64bits
