Below are some ideas and requirements that I wish included:
- separate tables for companies, people (link to people), conferences (link to people), campaigns (link to individual campaigns), campaign (eg Campaign 001, 002, 003...) and some additional things,
- I'd like to be able to track all actions within separate campaigns and the statuses of each lead (ie have to send, sent waiting for reply, follow up etc)
- other stuff.
So in practice, I should have a table of people, connected to companies and events. I should have a table with all the campaigns and separate tables for each campaign. From within each campaign table I would like to be able to add people to it and assign them different (default) statuses to Send. Upon sending them an offer I should be able to log that into the campaign table, but also determine when the contact was made, how (ie phone, email, linkedin) and what the status is.
