What? Social media listening tool. Why? To have one on one conversations with people. The tools we have at the moment focus on the use of hashtags and mentions which are too broad. But there are companies like Storyful that are bale to pick up ‘snippets’ of conversations from around social (perhaps forums too, unless they do that part manually). How? Through a search tool where you can plug in a subject and it returns real time conversations by searching through people’s conversations on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn.
