Build a Skype-for-business PowerShell script

I require a PowerShell script that will take an Excel spreadsheet and process each of the tables in order to create a 'onboarding' script for a new Skype-for-business system. The script should use as much information as possible from the spreadsheet, and if information is missing, use default values that are defined at the head of the scripts. The script should be re-usable with another spreadsheet formatted in the same manner so that it can be used repeatedly across several different systems in our organisation. In addition to the script, a "pre-requisites" document will be required in order to define how the SfB platform should be prepped to accept the script.
