title of vue.js not showing in SEO testing sites

I created an empty vue-cli project and named it client. Then created a component for login, There is not any backend work. Only front end. So I created 2 textboxes and a button. In the route, there is meta info for title and this code shows me the title needed for login page, Problem - When I deploy this thing on server, it never shows me this title when testing it in this tool: [login to view URL]
