Website w. CMS + CRM platform

We need a web solution with the following existing applications integrated: • CMS (Joomla CMS) • CRM (Sugar-CRM) • A live help agent (Shine Live help) • A billing module (extension of Joomla) Also we will need the custom development of: • A self-service module (users report some numbers, and can view documents) The CMS will be have to be integrated into the CRM with user informations. We have looked at Joomla with Sugar-CRM as a good option, but please comment on this. There will a main page, be a series of static pages following our design-templates and a customized signup procedure (should bee good looking, with dynamic HTML, etc.). We will also need a tip-a-friend function and integrate a help service (the Shine live agent open source platform already integrates into Sugar-CRM). The site should contain a newsletter signup, where users signing up have their data sent to Sugar-CRM as leads on newsletters. We will provide design (photoshop), and site flowchart, with preliminary texts. All texts in the site should of course be editable via the CMS. We have wire-frame of the different pages also. The site should be cross-browser compatible, and the implementation of the design should be very precise (ie. not just a replacement of jpgs of another template). The billing module should be integrated with a local payment gateway. We currently have no specific preferences over what joomla module should be the billing module, but would prefer an already existing module. The customer self-service module should allow users to report some usage (numbers pr. Month/quarter/year with their membership number. The users should also be able to pay their bills (via the billing module), and request help (via Joomla/Sugar-CRM integration). The solution should be configured and implemented on our local server. When we begin the project, we will need a project-plan on a daily basis, ie. what task is done what day, and then we will need daily reports. We have other additional phases to the project later, and similar projects following this, as well as we could possibly also need hourly services if interested.
