If you can get paid signups then this project is for you. This project would best suit people who can speak great English and know New Zealand well I manage have a site and i that site me our team finds Auckland's best houses for sale and puts them on a list with a detailed report. Auckland is the main city in New Zealand This helps buyers find the right house, and get a great deal. We also offer reports to paid members, 1 per month. The Facebook page is doing great to with close to 400 likes. This is a top notch service, the only problem I have now is getting sign-ups. I am after someone who can get Auckland biased signups. I would pay 60 nzd per legit signup minimum! I have set the hourly rate @ $60 or $1 per minute . Because I feel 1 hour should be enough time for a pro to get one signup. I don't have the time to get sign ups as I work full time and spend the rest of my time finding and adding the best houses and working on the site, to make the best possible service. The site is ([login to view URL]) this site is about 95% done with a few changes to be made over the next week but still 100% functional.

Hi, I'm specialised in lead generation for local businesses. Have work with realtors before, from USA or other countries. I see that you offer list of houses report to your paid members. Why not use that as a lead magnet for FREE for other people? This is a great way to build trust and relationship with potential buyers. We have tested, in order for Facebook Ads to work for realtors, you need to offer people something they really need. Like list of houses report. After they downloaded the report, you can then follow up with them based on what they need. Because no other realtors are doing this, guess who they will ask for help if they want to buy houses? Yep, the one who give them the FREE report. This strategy has worked really well for me in the past and I'm sure yours will too.
