Digital marketing strategist for B2B, fashion industry experience preferred

Help needed to define and execute a marketing strategy for a customer in fashion wholesale business. The actual project will happen when the customer agrees to go forward. The customer wants to buy our technical solution (B2B catalogue / order management software) but needs to see a clear action path for the time when the solution is launched, and measurable results, so they can be sure in 12 months they know the solution was needed.
