Write simple ~50 Page OR ~20000 words Report on 'Accelerated Learning'

I am looking for a writer to write a minimum of 50 pages OR 20000 words for a report on Accelerated Learning Methods. I also have a rough outline of how the report should flow, but I am open to suggestions. Title not necessary but appreciated. I will thoroughly check completed work to verify that topics have been properly researched and quality is up to standard.
