Faceplate 3D Redesign

I want to make my own product but instead of making an entire new plastic housing. I just want to modify the faceplate. I have a 3d rendering (JPEG) picture of what I want. I have a STP 3d CAD file from the factory. I need someone to make it as close as possible to the picture. The product from factory, the faceplate has a door. Mine doesn't require a door. But it does require a two piece plastics as we have a red trim. So essentially majority of the product will be white but have an inverted section for the red trim to fit. When the red trim is in, it is to be smooth flush with the white. I attached the jpeg and the 3d file. Before bidding, you need write "I downloaded//reviewed/agree can do the job" in order to be considered. Shouldn't take anyone that knows how to do such a task more than a couple days. Should not modify the lower clasps and the clip that connect to the main product. Payment will be disbursed in 3 milestones. Milestone 1 - Draft done, 3d printing for testing = 60% Milestone 2 - Test done, can prep for tooling = 35% Milestone 3 - Minor updates if needed up to 90 days = 5% Thanks for viewing.
