Quote for Wordpress Development Design

I have received funding for a Wordpress project and need £1,000 worth of design work on the website pages and branding. I have estimated approx 20 hours for the work. I have the funding for this and will be choosing one of the applicants - but need at least three PDF quotes to choose from, for my accounting purposes. The project wont start for a number of weeks however. The costs and work are fixed - i just need to select someone with the right experience. Thank you.
