Hi, I have taken several courses in Computational Neuroscience during my masters degree. So, I have some background in the subject. Regarding the programming skills, I use python in my day-to-day research and also familiar with machine learning concepts. If you want I can do it in Matlab as well, but I'm not familiar with Julia.
