back end RESTFUL service on AWS

Hi, I am looking to build a backend rest service on AWS cloud hosting. Think something that can scale with multiple concurrent calls to the same api points at the same time. Will need twitter like speed/scalability. I will need my developer to work in GitHub, be familiar with containers for service deployment including use of mesosphere DC/OS in AWS and the concept of micro services. skill set which include python, aws, containers, relational databases (such as MySQL), nosql databases (such as cassandra, and micro-services architecture
